The 6 Parameters You Control Per Vehicle
Every card is configured with enforceable rules enforced at the station POS before fuel flow is authorized.
Tank Capacity Lock
Lock max pump volume strictly to the vehicle tank physical size (e.g., 65L for vans, 120L for buses, 400L for trailers). Impossible to pump into jerrycans.
Fuel Grade Lock
Lock each card strictly to Diesel or Super Petrol. Prevents fleet drivers from fueling premium fuel or unauthorized grades for personal gain.
Region & Corridor Geofence
Designate specific approved highway corridors and partner stations. Any swipe attempted outside your scheduled operational route is immediately declined.
Fueling Frequency Limit
Limit how many times a card can be swiped per shift or per day (e.g., max 1 swipe per 24 hours). Stops double-fueling tricks and ghost transactions.
Time of Day Window
Authorize fueling only during legal operational hours (e.g., 06:00 to 20:00). Overnight or after-hours refueling attempts are automatically rejected at the pump.
Day of Week Rules
Disable fueling cards on Sundays, public holidays, or scheduled vehicle maintenance days. Ensures company fuel is never used for private off-duty driving.
